Care & Maintenance
- Machine wash seat on cold, gentle or delicate and drip dry. Do not use bleach, solvents or abrasive cleaning materials. Do not press, iron, dry clean or tumble dry. Reminder to always remove the metal frame and PE boards from the seat before washing. If the seat cover requires replacing, only use parts from a Baby Jogger authorized dealer. Plastic and metal parts may be surface washed only using warm water and mild soap; towel dry. The wheels can be cleaned using a damp cloth and must be dried completely with a soft towel or cloth before use. Do not store outside or near a direct heat source such as a radiator or fire. Always store in a dry and safe environment.

Love it
love it it fits my 4 year old perfectly and its easy to push even with both my 4 yr old and 1 year old on. They also sleep in in comfortably because the seats recline a lot. Love the leg rest for my younger on. Only minus is that the stroller is quite heavy its self

Wheeless wonder 10/10
I’ve been a baby jogger stroller fan for almost 10 years. But now I’m absolutely sold. I’ve had this stroller for 4 years with my twins. It’s our ride or die. Our Disney,zoo, all event stroller. Today we really put it to the test. We went to the county fair. We did not realized until strolling thru the parking lot (bumpy, rocky parking lot) and entering the gates that WE WERE MISSING A FRONT WHEEL!!!! I’m pretty sure that it’s in our garage, maybe the lock came off in the parking lot and we lost it in the rocky terrain. But as long as the heavier town was on the side with a wheel, you’d literally never know. Now i hope i can find said wheel …. And try to top this story. I filed a missing stroller wheel at lost and found at the county fair…. They wanted to give me a prize for weirdest report. Anyway this stroller is a beast. So easy to push, even if you’re missing a wheel… 10/10 recommend

We bought this stroller to bring on a month long trip to Costa Rica with our 6 month old and 2 year old. It was incredible! We took it on all kinds of terrain, including several hikes, and it was very easy to maneuver. Narrow enough to fit through a doorway, it even went across the hanging bridges in La Fortuna.
The only downsides are that the buckles are pretty annoying and it’s hard to put larger items in the basket at the bottom. But even knowing this, I would still buy it again!

Very happy with purchase
Great stroller. Fits through all of our doors. A lot of improvements made from our last baby jogger single stroller, most notably the buckle doesn’t come apart as easily when trying to strap them in. A little heavy with both kids in it, but that’s somewhat unavoidable and it pushes so easily that it makes up for it.

Great features especially sun protection
Been having it for a year and love it. I have a 3 year old and 1 year old. I bought it when I gave birth. I also purchase the car seat adapters. The car seat was the snug ride 35 lite xl. LOVE IT!! The only down fall is been you fold it. It’s kinda heavy that it hits the floor bad. But no bad damages

Just do yourself a favor and buy it
This is a great double stroller! I had another one and hated it so I looked for a new one and after much research I choice this one. I am not disappointed at all! I love how easy it is to push with a 1 year old and a 4 year old. I was able to put a big diaper bag on the bottom through the side along with so much other stuff. There is nothing bad I can say at all about this stroller.

Love this stroller
I researched double strollers for a longggg time and this has always been the one that is so highly recommended. nothing is perfect, and everyone has their own opinions about things but for me no cupholder was pretty crappy. i did end up finding an attachable cupholder of another brand that works well though so problem solved. the storage underneath not fabulous but not the worst either. its pretty heavy which might be a deal breaker for some people but for us we wanted it to have a pretty good weight limit, push really well and be high quality to last us a long time. Thats what we got! the lasting a long time and the quality im not doubting simply bc of how many secondhand ones ive seen that i know were used for years and were still in great condition! we love this stroller as do our kids! my 7 and 5 year old like to hop in it every now and then too. Definitely recommend!

No cup holders over priced super heavy
Company is money hungry! There is no cup holder accessories for this stroller available and nothing is compatible with this stroller save your money and go with a better brand that actually has the accessories you may want and isnt so money hungry! Also customer service is no help! Stroller is extremely heavy to lift in and out of car! It does fit tho most door ways but not all!

Short/small foot resting space
I'd give it 3 stars, but giving it 4 stars because of the adjustable handlebar. The biggest downside of this stroller is the lack of FOOT/FEET space for the kiddos. The small space provided for kids doesn't fit feet in a comfortable manner. My kids feet dangle and/or the they kick to scoot up or wiggle to get comfortable. Other than that, the reviews I read are true, it's a solid stroller.

Not as big as the older models
So my 2 year old is tall. Not his fault. But I was excited to purchase this double stroller. While waiting for it, we saw one at Nordstrom. He sat in it and kept hitting the pieces for the canopy with his elbows. I’m not sure why they have to stick out 1.5 inches like they do. Super frustrating. I used to nanny and I remember this stroller being much more spacious for the kids. This is awful and it’s going back immediately. I don’t care how sleek it is.

Great investment for growing families
I bought this baby jogger to use during our Disneyland family vacation. I wished I bought this earlier with my other kids but I am happy with my purchase. I have a 1 year old and a 3 year old that were riding in it. It’s easy to maneuver around crowds and tight spaces. When they fall asleep I can recline it back and use the foot stand to prop their feet up so they can have a comfy nap. The only thing I wish it had was a cup holder for adults but that’s easily attainable through sites like Amazon.

Used for 8 years with 5 kids! Best stroller ever!
Note: this review is for the original Citi Mini GT Double not the GT2 which I don’t think is sold anymore. I never leave reviews but I was just thinking about how awesome this stroller has been and I wanted to share for other mammas!
We purchased the stroller in about 2014, used for 5 kids and it’s still going strong. It’s never had any issues, it’s so easy to push even with large, heavy 4-5 yo riding in it.
It was a total splurge for us but one of the best things I’ve ever bought. After using other 2 name brand cheaper strollers that were hard to push and broke down easily, I’m super impressed this has lasted so well, I mean it really doesn’t even show much sign of wear.
We’ve hauled it on airplanes across country probably 15 times, and one of the best things about it is the awesome travel bag. This was also a splurge but so worth it as you can pack about another small suitcase worth of stuff in it with the stroller! On our last trip we even fit several puddle jumpers in there with miscellaneous bulky shoes and blankets.
We’ve taken it to probably 10 Disney vacations, best double stroller by far for Disney. We also use it at unpaved parks near us and it is a joy to push even on uneven terrain.
The only thing that I don’t love is that it’s kinda heavy, but if it was lightweight I imagine it wouldn’t have held up this long! My husband usually handles it when we travel and he doesn’t mind.

Lacks simple features, not compatible w/keyfit30
NOTE*** this double stroller is not compatible with keyfit30 infant seats! The adapter that is sold is only for the single version which is narrower. Their pictures are misleading! For $700+ and being such a big company you would think they would have the competency to get get this right. We have a 2 year old and a newborn and cannot use this!
Also it does not stand on its own when folded unless you adjust the handle bar a certain way which gets it scuffed. Plus accessories get damaged
Also the caddy bag does not fit well with the wide handle bars on the double.
They basically did the least amount of effort to make a double stroller and charge a high price for it. What a waste!

Not fit for purpose
Got this because I have a newborn and a 14 month old. Used it once and it’s not fit for my older child!! It’s way too small! Too narrow for older children, my daughter cry’s in pain whe. In it and the straps are not big enough therefore this is dangerous and my daughter can fall out!! Because I’ve used the pram once I’ve been told I can’t take it back to get a bigger one!! I’ve now been left without the use of a pram and now can’t go out on my own with a new born and a 14 month old!!!

Smooth ride and easy fold
This is an amazing stroller. First of all it is so easy to assemble, took me like 5 minutes and the fold is the best, one quick pull and done. It's heavy, but it's a double stroller so that's to be expected, but its better than most anything out there. It also rides like a dream, smooth and you can barely feel any of the bumps. I only wish I got this first and I didn't have my other stroller, but what can you do. This is seriously the best purchase.

Good stroller minus some standard stroller things
I got this stroller and over all like the ease of pushing it and getting it out and up from my car. The thing i dislike the most is that if youre going to make a stroller for two kids you should have someplace to put a snack or drink for one if not both. To top that off of it not coming standard with the stroller you cant purchase them anywhere and the only place is your website which they are unavailable. Over all frustrating for the pricepoint and expectation of it blowing all other strollers out of the water.

Lack adapter accessories
This stroller is pretty nice it feels like quality.butt it's very heavy I don't know how a small female would be able to put this in the trunk. Does not fold down very flat and it takes up most of the room in our Acura MDX Trunk . The back wheels make and annoying sound when going over bumps I think it's the silver bar that goes and wheel to wheel.The worst part of the stroller is I cannot actually use it as a double stroller because I cannot fit a car seat for my baby because they don't have an adapter that hasn't been in stock. And you can't get the adapter anywhere. So we had to bring two strollers everywhere we go.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the New GT2
Love the GT2! It’s such a great stroller for absolutely every occasion. It’s so easy to fold and load in the car, the canopies are great, and the GT wheels work wonderfully for our trips to the park and the uneven sidewalks around town. The new adjustable footrests are so amazing! Definitely the perfect stroller!

Needs more carseat adapters!
Have a toddler & expecting a newborn in May (two under the age of 2). I was so excited about this purchase until I discovered they only make a VERY LIMITED range of adapters for carseats. I have a chicco keyfit 30 & bases for all vehicles (including Grandmas), unfortunately my infant carseat will not fit in this stroller because they don't make an adapter for the double like they do the single - not cool. This creates a huge inconvenience for me & I don't think I could justify spending this much money on a product that fails to meet my families needs.
